You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and place bets on atom38. Proof of identity (KTP) is required for account verification.
All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Supported channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and leading e-wallets. Minimum deposit and withdrawal: Rp 50,000.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal request can be processed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. atom38 will never request your password via email, chat, or telephone.

atom38 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or permanent closure.
Each User is permitted to hold exactly one Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared device, or shared IP address — is strictly prohibited. atom38 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, atom38 may close all associated accounts and retain any funds pending investigation.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: full legal name (matching your KTP), date of birth, valid email address, active Indonesian mobile phone number, and preferred bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawals. You must promptly update your registration details whenever they change. atom38 bears no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain current contact information.
You are solely responsible for the security of your Account credentials. atom38 recommends using a strong, unique password not shared with any other service. You agree to notify atom38 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. atom38 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where reasonable security precautions we required on your part have not been observed.
To comply with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist-financing (CTF) obligations, atom38 requires every User to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before the first withdrawal request is approved.
KYC verification is normally completed within 24 hours. During busy promotional periods, it may take up to 72 hours. You will receive notification by email once verification is complete. atom38 will process withdrawal requests only after KYC verification has been fully approved.
All KYC documents are handled in accordance with the atom38 Privacy Policy. Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit, stored on access-controlled servers, and are never shared with third parties except where mandatory under applicable law.
All transactions on atom38 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
The current minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 and the minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000. Unless a User holds Gold-tier membership status, withdrawal limits shall apply as follows: maximum Rp 100,000,000 per day and Rp 500,000,000 per month. Gold-tier members may be granted higher limits at atom38's sole discretion.
Deposits are credited to the Account practically instantly, typically within 60 seconds of confirmation by the selected payment provider. atom38 does not charge any deposit fees. Any transaction fee applied by the bank or e-wallet operates independently of atom38. Where a deposit fails or is returned, atom38 will not be liable for any delay in crediting funds attributable to the payment processor, bank network, or third-party systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, normally within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) and no later than 24 hours at all other times. Before any withdrawal is authorised, the following conditions must be satisfied:
Withdrawals are returned through the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. atom38 reserves the right to request a valid bank statement or additional verification where unusual withdrawal patterns are detected.
If you provide incorrect account details for a withdrawal (such as an incorrect bank account number or e-wallet identifier), atom38 accepts no liability for resulting loss. Any funds returned to the Platform due to incorrect information will be credited to your Wallet Balance after deduction of any bank or processor charge, which you shall bear.
atom38 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, or other promotional offers. Each offer is subject to its own terms, which will be published with the promotion. Bonus terms are stated in plain English, and wagering requirements are disclosed upfront. If any conflict arises between these General Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that offer.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested. Only settled Wagers count toward wagering requirements; voided or cancelled bets do not. Deposits used to claim a bonus must be wagered at least once before withdrawal.
For many promotions, a maximum stake per spin or per bet applies while wagering requirements are being fulfilled. Where this is the case, Wagers placed above the stated maximum will not count toward the wagering requirement. Refer to the individual promotion's terms for the applicable cap.
atom38 maintains strict policies against bonus abuse. Practices such as claiming a deposit bonus multiple times using separate accounts (even where the accounts use different names or payment methods), deliberately declining odds or deliberately playing at minimum stakes solely to fulfil wagering requirements with the intent to extract bonus funds, and collusive play will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any related winnings, and may result in Account closure.
Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms, Bonus Funds expire within 30 days of being credited to the Account. Any unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiry. Promotional prizes may also carry a stated redemption window; rewards not claimed within that window are void.
By placing any Wager on the Platform, you are deemed to accept the specific betting and gaming rules applicable to the sport, event, or game selected. These rules are published on the relevant betting screen and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Where Indonesian-specific betting content is involved — including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting), and bandar bola (traditional football bookmaker) markets — the rules published alongside each market form the complete and binding set of rules for that market.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on the Platform:
atom38 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of these provisions and to retain all funds where an investigation is warranted. atom38 shall notify the relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.
All content, software, design elements, logos, trade marks, graphics, text, and other materials on the Platform are the property of atom38 or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, and intellectual-property laws. Unless expressly authorised in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content.
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of atom38's intellectual property shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. Third-party trade marks and logos displayed on the Platform (including those of sports clubs, leagues, and game providers) remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification purposes only.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by the atom38 Privacy Policy, which explains how atom38 collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, atom38 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
atom38's total aggregate liability to you, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made into your Account during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit of liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, personal injury, or death, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law. atom38's liability shall not cover any loss arising from events outside atom38's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of God, or third-party payment processor failures.
atom38 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time with immediate effect where it reasonably believes that: (i) the User has breached any provision of these Terms; (ii) the Account is being used for unlawful purposes; (iii) the User has engaged in conduct prejudicial to other Users or to atom38; or (iv) verification or security requirements cannot be satisfied.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Wallet Balance, subject to verification and any outstanding wagering requirements, will be returned to your verified payment method within 30 days.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Outstanding Wagers will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules. All Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited where termination results from a breach of these Terms. atom38 shall not be liable for any loss arising from such termination.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplementary policies referenced herein, form the entire agreement between you and atom38 regarding your use of the Platform. They are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which atom38 is licensed.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be referred to non-binding mediation. Should mediation fail, the dispute shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules in force at the time, and the place of arbitration shall be a neutral jurisdiction selected by the parties. The language of the arbitration shall be English.
You and atom38 agree that, except where prohibited by applicable law, you may pursue any claim only on an individual basis and not as part of any class action, aggregate action, or representative proceeding.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
atom38 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to Users by email and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. By continuing to use the Platform after the effective date of the amended Terms, you are deemed to accept the amended Terms. Where you do not accept the amended Terms, you may close your Account as set out in Section 13.2.
